In 1693 the Daniel Elliot family on land near the Peter Cloyce House, Salem End Road, of the Marlborough Church. Peter Cloyce the son of seaman John Cloyce, which brother Alexander Gordon to America, with money provided by John Stone oldest buried near father Rev Gregory Stone at Harvard. Daniel is the second brother, John being the oldest. John named his son Daniel. Daniel Stone which provided the money was a surgeon-doctor in Boston, and attended the same church as Thomas Danforth a judge during the witch trials for refugees to settle at Salem’s End in 1693, which attended the Marlborough, MA, church. In 1700 these land of Salem End, Marlborough and land of Stone’s End, Sudbury were incorporated into Framingham. Peter Cloyce father-in-law to Daniel Elliot was a Town Selectman. Though Thomas Danforth, was born in Framinglham, Norfolk, England, and the town was named for his birth place the town became Framingham, MA. MSE 5/5/2025 (Cinco de Mayo) 
My family is more Jewish to Catholic to Anglican to Episcopalian to Methodist so this fits;

Maybe the Town’s did not want to be part of a churched which silenced their family by hanging them as witches. For established Americans it is WE THE PEOPLE, those which silence free speech are not of our constitution, and nation state silencing is not the freedom of sharing speech in finding family.
